Thank You Elena and Parker!

For their 5th birthday, Elena and Parker wanted to share their love of art with the ArtWorks Kids so they asked their friends and family for donations of art supplies instead of presents. Their supply drive was a HUGE success and this week they delivered a box filled with over 100 small craft kits, paint sets and other amazing gifts. We are inspired and grateful for their generosity. #LetArtHeal

ArtWorks Partner, Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital, highlighted their extraordinary #ChildLifeSpecialists and the incredible ways they help children and their families cope during a hospital stay through play, music and art. “Familiar and fun activities can normalize the hospital experience, make it less scary, and help kids be kids,” says Chris Brown, Director of Therapeutic Recreation, Child Life, and Creative Arts Therapies Department.
