Luis from New Alternatives For Children has come ready to bring the house down at Express Yourself since his debut in 2014. He horse-danced his way through Psy’s “Gangnam Style” in 2016 and energized the crowd with his Latin-inspired dancing to “Follow The Leader” by the Soca Boys in 2018.
