MyChildsCancer at Agora Gallery

Thank you so much to MyChildsCancer for featuring our Young Artists’ pieces at Agora Gallery on November 30th! A few of the pieces that will be featured were created with ArtWorks Teaching Artist Steven R. Hazlett during a macrophotography workshop! Steven says of the photo workshops, “I like to think that the patients I work with are left feeling inspired to continue exploring and appreciating the world around them, as if they’re seeing it for the first time. The wonderful thing about macro work in a hospital is that it transports you beyond the barriers of that setting, all through the lens of a camera!”

Thank You to our Framers

Express Yourself would not be possible without the generosity of our 6 framers who graciously donated their time and resources into each and every one of our pieces that we showcased in our art gallery. Thank you to Andrea’s Frame it Yourself, The Framed Image, Jacklyn Kling Distinctive Framework, Intercastel USA Ltd., Trapani Art & Frame of Manhasset and Westwood Art Gallery. We are so incredibly appreciative!
