December’s #YoungArtistHighlight features twins, Felicia and Hillary, age 23 from the Initiative for Women with Disabilities! Felicia and Hillary first became involved with ArtWorks this year! They have participated in the Laser Painting Program facilitated by ArtWorks Teaching Artist, Deborah Dawson. The Laser Painting Program allows Young Artists with limited mobility and medical issues the ability to create their own original abstract paintings on canvas through the use of laser technology and vocal cues.
